• Provide a single voice for the tourism industry

• Enhance ethics and standards in the tourism sector

• Strengthen private sector representation on the various organizations/boards that impact on tourism.

• Provide a forum through which the industry can give input to the marketing of Kenya as a destination.

• Lobby and constructively engage on issues critical to tourism. This will enable facilitation of rescue, evocation arrest and or any recovery services, depending on the situation prevailing.
